Every 1st Tuesday of the month, after a few poses of Restorative, Laurence will guide you in a YOGA NIDRA according to traditional practice of Swami Satyananda. This systematic method is capable of inducing complete emotional, mental and physical relaxation; it suits everyone.
YOGA NIDRA WILL BE GUIDED IN ENGLISH unless all participants are French speaking and prefer French. P>
